Multi-Portal Enterprise System
The above prices relate to individual websites. However, Tocaspace is a multi-portal service - all our sites come off the same system and database.
Consequently, we can do the same for you. If you represent a larger organisation with multiple offices, or associates, or local groups, or anything along those lines, then you may wish to speak to us about a multi-portal enterprise system.
In this case, we would want to talk to you before finalising a quote, but we would aim for something in the order of £6,000 plus £450 per month.
As well as all the features outlined above, this would include:
- Up to 100 independent sites
- Associations between sites
- Community-wide content available to all sites
- Content sharing between sites
- Community wide discussion
- API access for enterprise integration with third party systems
Stability of Prices
Regarding price inflation: We at Tocaspace promise not to raise subscription charges beyond the level of inflation from the moment that any subscription first becomes payable.
VAT: The exception to the above statement is that if Tocaspace Limited is not VAT registered at the point when a subscription first begins, we reserve the right to add VAT to the subscription charge at such a point as we become VAT registered (though we will endeavour not do so).
